Taoist Nei Dan Gong or Inner Alchemy meditation made easy: greater self acceptance (unconditional love, Yuan Chi), leads to greater integration, greater integration leads to an empowered imagination. Through the liberation of the imagination we realize the true joy of creatively expressing our unique virtue/voice/service. Another way of putting it is we work toward embodying our essences of Mind (shen) Heart (chi) soul (jing) into a flexible “light/soul/ling” body pattern that is held by our evolved metal element. This flexibility allows for joyous creative freedom. A rigid metal element restricts the options we have to creatively resolving polarities (male- female, freedom-unity, and collective-individual) in our life. It is through the playful and creative ways we resolve these polarities that evolves our essence through space and time.
