I have been lucky enough to be able to pursue my true passion in life which is working with mothers, babies, and families. I truly believe that women and those around them are deeply affected by birth and that every family deserves the best start possible. Getting off to a gentle start as a new family can effect that family for a long time. The birth of a baby can be a joyful, comfortable, and easy experience if a family receives assistance, information, attention, encouragement, and love that they need. Attending Hypnobabies births as a doula has given me some incredible first-hand experiences of how comfortable and pleasant birth can be. The classes are so thorough, so well-researched, and so fun! I want to make sure that people know about and have access to Hypnobabies classes so that they can use their bodies and minds to give birth in a beautiful way.
Hypnobabies is a comprehensive, complete childbirth education course. The course is 6 weeks long and focuses on nutrition, exercise, medical interventions, birthing choices, consumer information, newborn care, breastfeeding, and hypnosis using hypno-anesthesia, the same medical hypno-anesthesia that has been used successfully during surgeries, to achieve an easy and comfortable natural birth.
