As a professional Doula and aspiring midwife, I am committed to serving women and families throughout the childbearing years and beyond. In an effort to facilitate "your best birth", I limit the number of clients I take to no more than two at a time (i.e., no more than two clients with due dates during the same month).  This allows me to provide complete, comprehensive, and personalized care to each woman that I am attending, while still allowing time for my two small children (ages 5 and 3 years of age).

My fee is $750 and I offer payment plans as well as a $50 discount for clients who wish to pay the entire fee at the first prenatal visit.

My fee includes 3 prenatal appointments; two in my office and one at your home.  I also provide Natural Childbirth Education and instruction as part of my service.

I offer 24-hour on-call availability once you are within one month (4 weeks) of your due date.

Continuous and unlimited phone and email support immediately upon hire. I am always available for any questions, comments, or concerns you may have about your pregnancy and birth or postpartum time.

Once labor begins, I will come to your home whenever you feel that you are ready or in need of additional support.

I will then monitor your labor and progress and guide you in making the important decision of when to leave to go to your pre-determined birth place. I have experience in both hospital and home birth settings, as well as extensive experience in water birth.

I will assist and support you throughout the entire labor and birth of your baby and will stay with you up to two hours after baby is born to encourage and facilitate breastfeeding and bonding.

Once you have given birth, I will visit you again between 48 - 72 hours postpartum. I will bring a postpartum care package which includes herbs for a sitz bath (if needed), tinctures to help ease the transition into motherhood, and/or a variety of other items specific to you that will help you with your healing and integration process. I also have access to Homeopathic remedies that may also aid you during pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum recovery.

A week to 10 days later I will visit you again in your home and we will discuss anything that needs to be addressed as well as answer any questions that you might have at that time.

I also provide your new family with a home-made "Postpartum Lasagna" in meat, veggie (Spinach and Roma tomato) or vegan flavors, and will help you to process the birth experience and offer follow-up support anytime during and/or after this visit, in which you may need or want it.

For an additional fee, I will provide you with Reiki/Sound Heaing and/or energetic cleansing or Chakra balancing sessions for a reduced rate; $50/session rather than the usual $65/session price.

I also offer placenta encapsulation services and will preserve and process your placenta for you so that you may utilize the powerful and sacred healing benefits that placentophagy affords a birthing mother. Placenta encapsulation service is also offered at at $50 discount for my clients (regular price is $200) encapsulation of your placenta is done within 48 hours of your birth.
